Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales & Training Centre Manager to oversee technical sales, customer relationship management, sales growth, and the coordination of the company’s training centre.
• The successful candidate will drive revenue generation while ensuring effective planning and delivery of technical training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Promote and sell technical products, equipment, and related services.
• Coordinate the training centre’s daily operations, schedules, programmes, and resource requirements.
• Develop and coordinate technical training programmes for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and after-sales support.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for business growth.
• Ensure effective coordination between sales activities and training centre operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in training coordination, training centre management, or technical service delivery is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and coordinate multiple operational activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
