- Engage, maintain and develop business opportunities and relationships with existing and prospective customers in person, via telephone calls or emails
- Respond promptly to all incoming email and phone enquiries; provide informed advice to customers on forthcoming service or product developments and discuss special promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate & close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections from customers
- Prepare and deliver detailed and targeted presentations or proposal documents on the companys products and services.
Experience and qualifications
- Applicant must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Telemarketer / Customer Service Executive.
- Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
- Experience in dealing with complaints and doubts
- Candidate shouldаbe confident, friendly yet professional with impressive communication skills.а
- They MUST have proven experience in successfully presenting products or services over the phone and closing deals, with quantitative record.
