Position Title: Training Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Training Officer job opportunity is available at McDon Security Limited for individuals who possess B.Sc or its equivalent

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

The duties of the training officer shall include:

• Sourcing for the right calibre of cadets to train
• Development of training manual for security operations
• Training of cadets who meet the McDon standard
• Evaluation of the candidates after training
• Documentation of the successfully evaluated candidates
• Deployment of the selected and documented candidates
• Ensuring that only trained and documented cadets are deployed

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of B.Sc or its equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Proactive, attention to detail, self-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines.
