Position Title: Training / Programme Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Training / Programme Officer job opportunity is available at CVM Career Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Training Development and Delivery: ensure training outcomes are delivered to the quality required by the programme and to schedule, within set budgets and scope.
- Provide a key coordination and implementation role, ensuring project management standards are followed and deadlines met.
- Internal Reporting: Ensure training activities, outcome progress, issues, risks, exception reports are available to Stakeholders and management teams as appropriate.
- Development of organizational training strategy as well as overseeing its implementation and assessing its outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the training programme’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Identify and close driving competency deficiencies/gaps by proffering tailored corrective training programmes as required.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of training programmes and preparing periodical progress reports.
- Ensure effective management of the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver seamless training.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management and implementation of learning programs in line with defined standards
- Responsible for opening training programmes, introducing facilitators and taking an active part in learning programmes
- Monitor the entire training delivery process and ensure that all training participants are comfortable with the training delivery process.
- Monitor compliance with service level agreements in the implementation of learning programmes.
- Interface confidently with client’s/training participants on all requested learning interventions
- Professionally manage/leverage existing relationships with clients and facilitators.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Business or Marketing-related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Effective organisational skills and strong presentation and communication skills
- Teamworking skills and Interpersonal skills
- Strong business and creative writing skills
- Detailed oriented and self-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, organisational, planning and computer software skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Team and other software needed for webinars and online programmes.
REMUNERATION:-
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
