Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of 2years working experience as unit manager with proof of performance in meeting target.(ADDED ADVANTADE)
- Must have the ability to coordinate, organize, motivate and manage a team.
- Must have the ability to prioritize work to meet deadline.
- Must have good interceptive skills, sociable personality and result oriented.
- Must be a top performer in the insurance business with evidence to show
