- Waiter and Waitress must be attentive listeners and engaging communicators.
- Should be able to converse with the customer in such a way as to answer questions and meet their needs simply and thoroughly.

- Take and serve food/drinks
- Arrange table settings.
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
- Should be able to accurately take customer orders, safely handle food and provide exceptional customer service.
Experience and qualifications
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting.
- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
General Qualification
- SSCE / GCE / NECO.
