Warehouse Assistant – Provisioning at M-KOPA – Asaba

M-KOPA is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant – Provisioning in Asaba, Delta State, to receive inventory, prepare electronic devices and meet warehouse processing and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive OEM deliveries, match them against delivery notes and report shortages or damage.
• Store and label stock correctly, maintain bin cards and follow first-in, first-out stock principles.
• Run device-flashing and application-installation tools, including Odin, HMD Toolkit and Cygwin, with IT and testing colleagues.
• Check serial numbers and keep systems updated within the 24-hour firmware service standard.
• Package devices with quick-start guides, cases, protectors and seals, and complete final quality-control checks.
• Oversee provisioning officers, manage their service-level commitments and resolve provisioning issues.
• Report to the Warehouse Lead; submit daily, weekly and monthly inventory and throughput reports, jointly verify materials with warehouse handlers and meet operational accuracy targets.
• Support a standard of 300 devices per operator daily with no handover discrepancies.

Requirements

• A diploma in Store or Warehouse Management or Procurement.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
• Practical experience of an inventory-management system and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong stock control, problem-solving, time management, multitasking, teamwork and negotiation skills.
