Warehouse Lead at M-KOPA – Asaba, Delta State

M-KOPA is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Asaba, Delta State, to coordinate receiving, inventory accuracy, device provisioning and warehouse team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Receiving and storage: Oversee customs and import clearance, resolve delivery discrepancies, own D365 and M-KOPANet postings, stock control and FIFO policy, and assist with stock takes and material requirement planning.
• Provisioning and systems: Plan daily allocation, manage SLAs across flashing, enrolment and locking, resolve escalations, and own IMEI upload accuracy across M-KOPANet, AX, KG and HMD Softlock.
• Quality, reporting and people: Oversee RFS reconciliation and quality standards, deliver weekly and monthly reconciliation with real-time Dynamics transaction accuracy, and supervise the Handlers and Provisioning Team while keeping stakeholders informed.

What You’ll Need

• At least an HND/BSc in a business-related field. A diploma in Store/Warehouse Management or Procurement is an added advantage.
• Over 3 years’ work experience in a similar position, including hands-on use of ERP and other inventory management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with previous experience managing teams and driving process and performance improvement.
