Job Description
We are looking for a Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design & layout of our websites and that of our clients; managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, as well as translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual codes that will produce the visual elements of desired applications; designing the overall architecture of the web application and evolving it to ensure maximum performance and stability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Creating website layout / user interface by using standard HTML / CSS practices
• Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
• Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Designing of the overall architecture of the web application
• Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Translation of UI / UX wireframes to visual elements
• Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application
• Be responsible for the maintaining, expanding, and scaling various sites
• Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into relevant operations and activities
• Cooperating with team members to distill & match visual design intents

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Proven work experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object oriented Programming and web application development
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process & data analytics tools.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Proficient knowledge of back-end programming languages (should have the knowledge of one or more: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc.)
• Ability to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting.
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
