360 Recruiter at Vantegral Consulting – Lekki, Lagos

Vantegral Consulting is hiring a full-time 360 Recruiter in Lekki, Lagos to own the recruitment cycle from client acquisition and business development through sourcing, placement and ongoing relationship management.

Business development

• Acquire recruitment clients through outreach, professional networks, referrals and LinkedIn.
• Identify workforce needs, propose recruitment solutions, negotiate fees and secure client agreements.
• Manage a qualified client pipeline and meet business development targets.

Recruitment delivery

• Manage recruitment briefs, sourcing plans, applicant screening, competency interviews and candidate shortlists.
• Source talent using job platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, databases and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offers, placements and onboarding.
• Keep clients and candidates informed throughout assignments and conduct post-placement follow-up.

Performance and relationships

• Build long-term client and candidate networks and provide market and salary intelligence.
• Meet placement, revenue and recruitment performance targets while managing multiple assignments.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, vacancy pipelines and candidate databases.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities to improve delivery and profitability.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related subject.
• At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated 360 recruitment capability, client acquisition, candidate placement and revenue generation.
• Strong experience with recruitment technology, sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Self-direction, commercial awareness, communication and ability to deliver to targets.
