Position title: Account Officer. Location: Lagos State.About the role
Account Officer job opportunity is available at Ciuci Consulting Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
- Create and process invoices
- Review both incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure accuracy
- Track all receivables and payables
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
- Ensure payments are made on time
- Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
- Prepare financial reports.
Experience and qualifications
Apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of HND / Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant field
- 1-3 years working experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and accounting software e.g., Sage, Peachtree, etc.
- ICAN or ACCA qualification or in-view is an added advantage.
