Auto Electrician / Rewirer job opportunity is available at Bancor Outsourcing Limited for individuals who possess relevantb qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle engine and electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Design and test parts for moving vehicles
- Design, manufacture, and operate engineering subsystems
- Engineer attributes of an automobile
- Produce visual interpretations of automobiles and their parts
- Select materials for production
- Use mechanical, thermodynamic, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical principles to resolve engineering problems
- Build prototypes
- Develop test procedures and test moving vehicles
- Supervise the process of manufacturing, installation, and operation of vehicles
- Inspect vehicle for defects
- Investigate electricalfailures
- Select and purchase appropriate materials
- Prepare cost and timing estimates.
Experience and qualifications
- FSLC qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
