Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

job opportunity is available at a Luxurious Hotel for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Includes but not limited to:

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.
• Plan and present the bar menu.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep bar environment tidy and clean.
• Ensure ice cubes are available in required quantities for the day’s needs.
• Coordinate the waitresses and Kitchen to achieve efficiency at the bar.
• Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
• Job is on a one day on – one day off schedule

Deliverables for the Role:

• Enforce rules and policies of the hotel.
• Follow all relevant health department regulations and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Be attentive to customers’ needs and patient at all times.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• FSLC / OND / HND qualification.
• 2 – 6 years work experience.

Personal Attributes:

• Must be honest with a high sense of integrity, neat, highly organized and very coordinated.
• Must be very hardworking and play well in a team.
• Must speak good English and communicate well to both team members and guests.
• Having the required professional certificate is an added advantage to the years of experience in relevant field.
• Must be vast in the use of MS Word and Excel as well as other accounting softwares.
