INTRODUCTION:-
Branch Manager job opportunity is available at GTI Microfinance Bank Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Deposit mobilization .
- Booking of quality loans.
- Opening of new accounts monthly .
- Proper follow up on existing and new customers.
- Monitoring timely repayments on loans disbursed.
- Monitoring and overseeing the branch activities.
- Increase branch deliverables to expand customer base.
- To generate / drive revenue.
- Increasing business opportunities.
- Monitoring marketing staff performance.
- Minimize running cost and expenses etc.
- You are expected to send a weekly activity reports to the management.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years work experience.
