Brand Strategist at a Real Estate Company – Anthony, Lagos

A real estate company in Anthony, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Brand Strategist through JV Management Consulting to improve brand identity, market visibility and customer engagement.

Brand strategy and campaigns

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Strengthen brand identity and positioning in the real estate market.
• Research industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Plan campaigns that promote properties and the company’s services.
• Maintain consistent brand communication and messaging across digital and offline marketing channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation and customer engagement.
• Monitor brand performance, recommend improvements and oversee promotional communications and content direction.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in brand strategy, brand management or marketing.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, market research and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication, creativity, analytical judgement and strategic thinking.
• Ability to develop ideas that grow brand awareness and support business expansion.
