Position Title: Business Development and Sales Executive.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Business Development and Sales Executive job opportunity is available at Vogue Web Solutions Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, maintaining short- and long- term business development plans
  • Promote the company’s products/services, predicting clients’ objectives by identifying and assessing clients/customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Generate new sales leads, potential new markets ,plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, pitch products and/or services to increase customer base
  • Create and maintain a database of prospect or clients information
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by increasing orgaination networks and developing partnerships.
  • Conduct regular periodic research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Establish new accounts, develop, coordinate, and monitor performance of existing ones
  • Understand, analyse and respond to analytics
  • Prepare, plan and execute sales campaigns ranging from targeting to execution including landing page creation
  • “Own” the CRM system and ensure it is managed, maintained and used for reporting.
  • Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, make presentations and sales displays
  • Prepare proposals for clients
  • Contacting clients regularly and informing them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing sound ,tailored proposals to new clients and prospects
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.write performance weekly reports and provide feedback to upper management
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support by periodically visiting agents from time to time to enhance product/service satisfaction
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Assist with preparation and the presentation of contract documents
  • Compile reports on overall business activities-operations, make daily,weekly and monthly reports to the line Directorate Head and Project Department respectively
  • Manage and train existing business development team
  • Administer contracts,perform other related duties as may be delegated to you from time to time.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • Minimum of an OND / B.Sc in a relevant discipline. Advanced degree in Management and Social Sciences or rrelevant Professional cetification(s) will be an added advantage.

Needed Experience:

  • A proven track record of sales achievement in the industry and related business environment
  • A minimum of 4 years demonstrable sales excellence capability and business development experience in relevant fields, at least two of which are at a senior/ supervisory level
  • Effective communicator and strong presentation skills
  • Well organised – the ability to structure and execute a sales pitch
  • Flexibility to thrive and adapt in a high growth, fast paced, evolving industry
  • Experience of selling to professional service sectors
  • Experience of working at all levels within an organisation.
  • Must have a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be a competitive high achiever
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
  • Excellent cold calling skills
  • A track record of developing strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding business targets/quotas.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A candidate bringing an established network of target market contacts to the company is a definite plus
  • Time management and planning skills

  • The successful candidate should be a confident and professional self-starter, a good listener, comfortably interfacing with senior level leadership, aggressive in finding and closing business, focused on meeting customer’s needs, and able to work well within a project team environment in a rapidly growing business.
  • The candidate must also posses a proven ability to prospect, develop business, build relationships in active networks, must demonstrate a strong customer focus and personal leadership, with solid negotiation and presentation skills.
