Position Title: Business Development Manager.
Job Station: Lagos State.

Business Development Manager job opportunity is available at Royal Perfumes Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Find and develop new markets and improving sales.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Drive sales and meet your target
- Coach the sales team
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ experience in sales and managerial position
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proved record of sales activities.
