Position Title: Care Co-ordinator.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Care Co-ordinator job opportunity is available at Emirates Health Connect24x7 Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Coordinate and implement medical case management to facilitate case closure
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- B.Sc / HND / RN / BNSc
- Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa) fluently is a prerequisite for the interview.
- Candidates with Call Centre/Outpatient experience will be an added advantage.
- Nurses are highly desirable and encouraged to apply.
