Position Title: Cleaner / Office Assistant.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Cleaner / Office Assistant job opportunity is available at QuantumX Energy Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
The cleaner will be required to work under the supervision and direction of the Administrative Officer to carry out the following duties, Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Keeps the office clean and orderly, including the kitchen, lobby, and toilets.
- Inform the Administrative officer of any required office supplies such as drinking water, toiletries, etc.
- Inform the Administrative Officer of any required building/generator repairs.
- Manage generator and ensure timely and accurate recording of basic usage logs.
- Assist in organizing and preparing the office for meetings.
- Assist in running office errands.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Secondary School Certificate / OND is preferred.
- Good communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be a person with initiative and high moral integrity.
- A good team player with pleasant personality.
- Ability to handle multiple and potentially competing deadline.
- Experience as a cleaner is required
