Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Collection Officer job opportunity is available at Newedge Finance Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Responding to customer queries
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, NCE, OND qualification.
