Content Creator via HYT Consulting – Ikeja, Lagos

HYT Consulting is recruiting a full-time Content Creator in Ikeja, Lagos to develop and manage original social media and digital content.

Content development

• Create engaging, original content for social networks and other digital channels.
• Develop content concepts, scripts, captions and storylines aligned with brand objectives.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, graphics and other multimedia materials.
• Maintain content calendars and deliver planned content on schedule.
• Research platform trends and audience interests.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues on campaign and content strategy.
• Monitor content performance and use engagement results to improve future output.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, accuracy and presentation.

Requirements

• Previous work in content creation, digital media or a related role.
• Strong writing, storytelling, creative and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• A portfolio of prior content work is an advantage.
