Position Title: Cook / Kitchen Assistant.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Cook / Kitchen Assistant job opportunity is available at Daytona People's Pharmacy and Supermarket for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Prepare awesome meals for our customers and staff.
• Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
• Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Check food and ingredients for freshness.
• Arrange and garnish dishes.
• Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
• Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff.
• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
• Disposing of rubbish
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
