DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum of 3 years work experience as a cook in the hospitality industry
• Minimum of qualification of secondary education.
• Good knowledge of preparation of national meals (as well as continental meals)
• Good knowledge of standard food production methods and procedures.
• Good knowledge of working with materials measurements and portions
• Should be able to communicate and work in a team.
