Position title: Customer Care/ Loan Collection Officer. Location: Lagos State.About the role

Responsibilities
Duties as a loan recovery officer are as follows;
- Call company’s client on loan and help in the payment process
- Clear all payment on dashboard after repayment has been made by client
- Follow up on all offline payment made by client to clear debt
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND or OND qualification.
