Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day customer experience and service delivery operations.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor customer-facing teams to maintain customer satisfaction standards.
• Develop and implement improvements in customer service and patient experience.
• Manage complaints, resolve service problems and ensure professional communication with patients.
• Review team performance and streamline systems and workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven managerial capability and experience leading teams and improving service delivery.
• Strong organisation, coordination, attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
• A proactive, results-driven approach to people, processes and customer relationships.
• Ability to monitor standards and take responsibility for customer experience outcomes.
• Previous work in healthcare is an advantage.
