DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
- Maintaining solid customer relations by handling concerns
- Managing data base records
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification.
- Must have 0-3 years work experience.
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
REMUNERATION:-
N50,000 – N100,000 / Month.
