INTRODUCTION:-
Customer Service Executive job opportunity is available at a Prestigious Fast Food Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidate must be able to assist customers with complaints and questions.
- Minimum qualification of HND or B.Sc Degree in Mass Communication or relevant field.
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in a reputable organization.
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
- Must be able to respond promptly to customers inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
