Position title: Customer Service Loan Representative. Location: Lagos State.About the role
Customer Service Loan Representative job opportunity is available at Hummingbird Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- To make calls to Customers and Clients on the Repayment of their Loans once due.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on each customer till their loans are repaid.
- Applicants will be given Targets to meet which will determine the Final bonus to be paid at the end of the Month, plus their Basic Salary too.
- Innovativeness, creativity, ability to think out of the box and solve Problems that relate to collections on behalf of the Organisation.
- Provide Flexible means for customers to meet up with their Repayment.
- Result-oriented and ensuring Payments are actually made each day.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates with OND, HND, B.Sc, in the relevant field can apply.
- Applicants within the Axis of lekki, Ajah, VI, Shevron, Awoyaya, CMS, etc will be Considered.
- Candidates with experience or who have done a similar job will be considered and highly favoured.
REMUNERATION:-
N35,000 – N60,000 / Month.
