Position Title: Customer Service Representative.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Customer Service Representative job opportunity is available at Kradot Group for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Maintaining cordial relationship with customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers via calls, mails and social media.
- Resolving customer complaints and directing them to the appropriate channel.
- Educating client on the service of the Organization.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the services of the Organization back to the management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- HND / B.Sc / B.A in any discipline
- 1 – 5 years of experience.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good customers service skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and teachable
REMUNERATION:-
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
