Position Title: Data Entry Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Data Entry Officer job opportunity is available at Smart Partners Consulting for individuals who possess OND.

• We are in need of Data Entry officer who will be in charge of entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
• Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Must be good with the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Only OND holders should apply
• Must reside in or close to Ikeja (Lagos State)
• Most have the ability to work to time constraints.
