Responsibilities
- Inform clients of their outstanding bills
- Negotiate payment schedule under the guidance of supervisor
- Collect all payment on overdue
- Follow up on generating statement of account for clients
- Monitor due invoices of clients and notify the sales team by providing reports to assist in debt recovery
- Manage receivables calendar
- Schedule and visit client where required
- Give daily report of activities
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
