Position title: Depot Account Officer. Location: Imo State.About the role
Depot Account Officer job opportunity is available at Spectrum Books Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Posting – Cash sales, invoices, returns, and receipts
- Handling Cash sales
- Debt Management – reconciling marketers’ accounts regularly
- Handling of Imprest
- Cash/ Cheque lodgement
- Quarterly stock count
- Stock confirmation.
Experience and qualifications
- B.Sc / BA in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics
- 2 years relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting systems (Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, ERPnextetc.)
- Knowledge of internal control principles
- Must be thorough, detailed, and organized.
- Ability to work in a highly demanding work environment
- Proven integrity
- Financial reporting skills.
REMUNERATION:-
- N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
