Deputy Test Centre Administrator at IDP Education – Asaba

IDP Education Limited is recruiting a Deputy Test Centre Administrator in Asaba, Delta State. The role combines independent management of IELTS test centre operations, customer experience, examination compliance and business development to grow registrations and revenue.

IELTS test centre operations

• Manage everyday IELTS test centre operations, including scheduling, examination logistics and candidate administration.
• Maintain secure and compliant test delivery, examination integrity and reliable data management.
• Provide clear, responsive candidate service and resolve operating problems independently.
• Monitor compliance requirements and escalate serious risks or decisions needing higher approval.

Sales and business development

• Generate sales leads and convert enquiries into IELTS registrations.
• Grow revenue and test centre activity through business development and outreach.
• Build partnerships with education institutions, study-abroad agencies and corporate clients.
• Coordinate marketing promotions, market research and new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline reports, targets, operating performance reviews and business records.

Requirements

• A university degree in Social Sciences, Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in administration, operations, sales, business development or customer service.
• Experience generating leads, converting enquiries and meeting commercial targets.
• Ability to build relationships with education partners, corporate clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, analytical, organisational and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital reporting applications and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of data confidentiality, compliance and operational procedures.
• Self-direction, sound judgement, commercial awareness and ability to handle competing duties.
• Experience in education or examination administration is an advantage.
