Position Title: Diagnostic Centre Receptionist.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Diagnostic Centre Receptionist job opportunity is available at Alpha Mead Group for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Welcome patients into the Centre
- Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
- Maintain and manage patient records
- Assist patients to complete all necessary medical forms and documentation
- Schedule patients for appointments
- Input patient’s details into Electronic Medical Records/ IT Systems
- Offer guidance on where patients can go within the Health centre
- Answering queries from patients and other staff
- Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- First degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
Additional Information:
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Usage
- Customer service-oriented
- Strong Interpersonal/Communication skills
- Good Reporting and administrative writing skills
- Diplomatic, confidential, resourceful, dependable and problem solving
