Digital Sales Executive at Bedrock Group – Ikeja

Bedrock Group is hiring a Digital Sales Executive in Ikeja, Lagos, to build a digital sales pipeline for its hospitality and travel offerings. The role focuses on finding high-value prospects, converting online enquiries and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through digital outreach, referrals and outbound messaging.
• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming enquiries on WhatsApp, social media, email and live chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate hospitality or travel offerings.
• Use effective online conversation and sales-closing techniques to convert qualified leads into bookings or purchases.
• Manage a sales pipeline and work consistently towards monthly revenue targets.
• Develop corporate-account opportunities, partnerships and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• At least five years of digital sales or business-development experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to use CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
• Experience selling hospitality, travel or lifestyle services is an advantage.
