- IMCA Supervisor qualification
- Minimum 5 years offshore experience as a supervisor
- DP Awareness – The Nautical Institute, Kongsberg approved
- NEBOSH/IOSH safety management
- Computer literate- Excel & Word proficiency
- Working with Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs)
- Valid Medical
- First Aid at Work
- Valid OPITO Offshore survival – Including EBS
- Must be able to communicate in English
