Electrician at Eko Maintenance Limited – Victoria Island, Lagos
Eko Maintenance Limited is recruiting a full-time Electrician in Victoria Island, Lagos, to carry out electrical installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance across building and facility systems.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in buildings and facilities.
- Inspect electrical systems and identify potential hazards.
- Maintain lighting systems, sockets, switches, distribution boards and electrical equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to support the efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
- Ensure electrical work complies with applicable safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare reports on completed jobs, identified faults and required materials.
- Work with other maintenance professionals to support efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant work experience as an Electrician.
- Technical certificate, diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, installations, distribution boards and electrical fittings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and experience with preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of generators, electrical panels, circuit breakers and lighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
₦200,000–₦250,000 per month.
