Executive Assistant to CEO job opportunity is available at EKO Criterion Consultancy Services for individuals who possess a Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough analysis of investment opportunities
• Undertake Market analysis as per CEOТs directive
• Recording, tracking, and reporting the progress of business lines operations
• Recording, monitoring and tracking of bi-weekly company objectives
• Perform administrative duties arising from operations (e.g. operational expense accounts)
• Other adhoc requests as needed

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Recording, tracking, and reporting the progress of operational activities
• Responding, recording and reporting stakeholder enquiries
• Recording, monitoring and tracking bi-weekly operational objectives
• Performing administrative duties arising from operations (e.g. expense accounts)
• Other adhoc requests as needed

The candidate is expected to have imperatively the following competencies as well as a self-learning attitude:

• Experience or proven ability in performing thorough analysis of investment opportunities
• Strong mathematical experience or background
• Critical thinking skills
• Understanding of the real estate value chain and the different activities it comprises
• Strong disposition towards professionalism, morals and ethics
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Meticulous organizational skills

Experience and qualifications

• 0-2 years’ work experience in similar role as an Executive Assistant.
• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field desirable but not required.

REMUNERATION and benefit:-

• Work from Home Flexibility
• Performance Bonus up to 300% of monthly salary.
