Position Title: Facility Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Facility Maintenance Supervisor job opportunity is available at Alpha Mead Group for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Implement regular inspection in all facilities areas within the premises to ensure asset integrity and activities are conducted safely and appropriately.
• Respond promptly to customers requests
• Execute open, close, and secure facilities at mentioned times and check for safety and maintenance concerns.
• Assess the scope of repair work and ensure close out of all works within Service Level Agreement.
• Regular supervision of cleaning activities of all areas of the building such as bathrooms, toilets, offices, meeting/conference rooms, kitchen, etc.
• Monitor the cleaning of handrails, windows, glasses, lamp fittings, extractor fans, doors, and windows.
• Develop all activity sites with necessary materials for efficient, safe, and service-oriented events.
• Compile hourly user statistics and prepare all staff reports, facility issues, participant concerns, injuries, and incidents.
• Create PPM on fumigation services and washing of interlock tiles quarterly or as required.
• Maintain facility and records to ensure compliance with company standards and all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution in Nigeria
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience as a facility supervisor
• Knowledge of facility management
• Knowledge of the real estate space.
