Position Title: Female Account Assistant.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Female Account Assistant job opportunity is available at La Roche Equipment Nigeria Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Posting the daily sales invoices and receipts
- Raising and filing payment vouchers serially.
- Disbursing imprest
- Follow up on retirements for all amounts collected by staff.
- Organize the invoices and receipts for daily sales and send them to the archive at the close of work every day
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- B.Sc. / HND / OND in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum of one yearexperience in same role
- Must be familiar with an Accounting software
- Applicant must reside within VI/Lekki/Yaba/Bariga and Oworo Axis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
