Position Title: Female Customer Care and Sales Representative.

INTRODUCTION:-

Female Customer Care and Sales Representative job opportunity is available at Agro Renewal Movement International Limited (ARMI) for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Respond to online inquiries such as social media platforms
• Call all leads and follow up contact,ensure they convert to paying clients
• Send emails on new products to existing and intending customers
• Sell the company’s product and services to new clients
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
