Responsibilities
- Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
- Cooperation with finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues.
- Management of the communication with the sales department and customers.
- Work directly with customers who purchase items.
Experience and qualifications
- Must have at least HND in Management, Communication or any Business related field.
- Must be at least 22 years old
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites ( added advantage)
- Should have at least 1- 2 years practical experience in similar role.
- High customer service orientation
- Must reside within Lagos Mainland.
