Position Title: Field Agent.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Field Agent job opportunity is available at Pivotage Consulting for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Responsible for managing current clients and also bringing new ones.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• 1-2 years proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Must know how to drive.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Pleasant and trustworthy.
• MS Office familiarity

REMUNERATION:-

NGN60,000 monthly + Commissions 10% of sale + 15% to 20% on rentals.
