Position Title: Field Sales Representative.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Field Sales Representative job opportunity is available at Renda Logistics for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Canvassing a specific perimeter on the Island / Mainland as assigned by your supervisor to onboard new clients for Renda Limited.
- Report to your supervisor daily.
- Onboard recruited clients.
- Assist with the development of strategies to source for clients
- Identify, build relationship with and manage clients expectations
- Provide timely, relevant and actionable reporting on market status regarding delivery and clients needs
Daily Target
- 250 Deliveries daily
- (Be assisted with social media and email format- achieve the target by onboarding business that offer at least 20 deliveries a day which means 13 businesses).
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years work experience
- Previous experience in sales preferred
- Lagos Island based applicants are encouraged to apply.
REMUNERATION:-
- N50,000 net (12,500 weekly).
- HMO.
- 10% commission on the company’s profit per delivery completed to be paid at the end of the month once at least 60% of stated target is achieved.
