Position Title: Finance & Supply Chain Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Finance & Supply Chain Officer job opportunity is available at IT Horizons Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Interface with company bank account officer and Tax Officer
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
- Interface with company bank account officer and Tax Officer
- Procurement of Orders – Placing of all orders, Solution and Consumables
- Pricing and Negotiation of orders – Negotiation with Vendors and OEM on pricing and payment terms for orders
- Follow and update on status of orders – Real time follow-up with vendors and OEM on status and updates of orders
- Pick-up and delivery of available orders – Ensure pickup and delivery of all orders to the office building, also inspection of delivered goods to ensure specification match with item ordered
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
- 0 – 1 year experience in similar role
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
