Fragrance Consultant at a Perfumery via Ascentech Services – Victoria Island, Lagos

Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Fragrance Consultant for a perfumery business on Victoria Island, Lagos. The role involves personalised scent consultations, luxury client service and fragrance sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised consultations in-store and by appointment, helping customers find fragrances suited to them.
• Describe the origins, notes, ingredients, perfumers and stories behind fragrance compositions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up, private previews and detailed client records.
• Meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Stay informed about fragrance houses, new products and niche perfumery.
• Maintain an excellent presentation standard for the fragrance space and testers.
• Support product launches, events and brand activations and collaborate with the styling team.

Qualifications and skills

• OND or HND qualification.
• At least two years of sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
• Strong understanding of scent families, fragrance notes and composition.
• Ability to present fragrance stories naturally and serve high-value customers.
• Experience developing and retaining client relationships.
• Polished presentation, client-service ability and confidence using WhatsApp and social media.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
