• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
• Receive guests, understand the nature and purpose of visit and assist them
• Answers, screen, forward calls, or provide information, take messages and deliver them
• File and keep records of receipts for services and expenses.
• Manage outgoing packages for pickup
• Send packages to clients
• Maintain the office, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
• Manage the office facilities
• Handle filing and data entry as requested.
• Effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously and attending to guests’ needs with diplomacy and professionalism.

• B.Sc Degree in English, Mass Communication or any related course.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or any related job.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently.

Proficiency Skills:

• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Possess analytical approach to solving problems
• Possess adaptability and flexibility, especially when experiencing changes or challenges in
• the workplace.
• Computer proficiency especially MsWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.
