Position Title: General Restaurant Manager.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
General Restaurant Manager job opportunity is available at a Prestigious Fast Food Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Candidate will be responsible for overall management and smooth running of daily operations of the outlet in line with company standards and policies
- Candidate will be responsible for coaching development and training of all levels of managers for operational excellence
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidate must be able to provide leadership support for each restaurant manager to achieve desired targets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree or HND qualification.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- An understanding of Federal and State regulations as regards health & safety restaurant regulations.
- Experience in restaurant operation will be an added advantage.
