Graduate Trainee Business Intelligence / Data Analyst at Smartflow Technologies – Berger, Lagos
Smartflow Technologies Limited is recruiting a full-time Graduate Trainee Business Intelligence / Data Analyst in Berger, Lagos. The position supports fuel-system monitoring, transaction reporting and stock visibility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG), Fuel Management Systems (FMS) and fuel pumps remotely.
- Prepare daily tank-level and fuel-stock reports.
- Compile calibration charts from field measurements and track calibration milestones.
- Raise requests for purchase orders when site fuel stocks reach reorder levels.
- Provide proof-of-delivery documentation within 24 hours after receiving fuel receipt notes and purchase orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fuel transactions, fuel consumption and maintenance reports.
- Follow company occupational health and safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Management or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools, with strong accuracy and organisation.
- Good communication, teamwork and awareness of occupational health and safety.
