Position title: Group Safety & Security Manager. Location: Lagos State, Rivers State.About the role
Group Safety & Security Manager job opportunity is available at an Integrated Logistics Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Successful candidate will be in charge of the safety and security of the truck operations and ensure that all drivers are regularly briefed and trained on defensive driving.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidate must have a University Degree in Transport Management, Engineering, Physical Science or other related disciplines.
- Candidate must in addition possess NEBOSH International General Certificate in Health & Safety and OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor Certificate.
- Other relevant international certification will be added advantage.
- Must have at least 8 years working experience 5 of which must be in the transport industry.
- A basic training in security of transport operation will be advantageous.
